Job Summary

Use the spa/salon reservations software system to schedule services for individuals and large groups. Confirm planned services with visitors. Respond to inquiries regarding available services. During the day, update the reservations/cancellations list, notify providers of last-minute changes, and work with supervisor/manager to handle scheduling difficulties as required. Upon arrival, check in visitors for appointments, confirm first and last names, and offer basic spa orientation.

Spa/salon services should be promoted and sold. Get the allocated bank and guarantee the correctness of contractual money, obtain the necessary change for the projected business level, and maintain the bank safe at all times. Handle spa/salon service fees from guests and acquire payment permission as appropriate. Employee monetary tips should be accepted and recorded. Accounting allows you to balance, scan, and drop receipts. Inform Engineering of any maintenance or repair requirements. Notify the management of any accidents, injuries, or harmful working conditions.

Communicate with people in a straightforward and professional manner, and answer phones with proper manners. Create and keep strong working connections with others. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with corporate standards; anticipate and meet guests’ service needs; help those with disabilities; and express genuine gratitude to all guests. Such acceptable employment obligations as assigned by supervisors.
